Västra Hoby Church is a church in Torn Parish, Lund Municipality, situated to the north of Lund in Sweden. Most of the church was built in 1886 since most of the previous church had been demolished. The old church was built in the Middle Ages, but of that church there is only the tower left.

Sankt Hans Hill

Sankt Hans backar (Swedish: Sankt Hans backar), a former dump site, now is a popular artificial park on a hill located in the north of the Lund between Norra Nöbbelöv and Norra Fäladen. The top of the hill reaches 85 metres above sea level, which makes it a great place for viewing over the Lund, also Malmö and Copenhagen can be seen when weather is good. Also, a sled track is present during winter. Due to the history of the dump, the place is sometimes called Monte Composto.

MAX-lab

MAX-lab, The MAX IV Laboratory, located at the northern campus of Lund University, Lund, Sweden, is a synchrotron light source facility and a Swedish National Laboratory. The lab operates three storage rings; MAX I (550 MeV, opened 1986), MAX II (1,5 GeV, opened 1997) and MAX III (700 MeV, opened 2008). MAX-lab supports about 600 users from over 30 countries annually.
