Eda Municipality

Eda Municipality (Eda kommun) is a municipality in Värmland County in west central Sweden, on the Norwegian border. Its seat is located in the town of Charlottenberg. The municipal reform of 1971 saw the forming of the present municipality through the amalgamation of "old" Eda with Köla and Järnskog.

Charlottenberg Station

Morokulien

Morokulien is a six-hectare area on the border between Sweden and Norway. The name Morokulien was coined in the radio program "Över alla gränser" sent from Morokulien in 1959 and has since stuck. It is made up from the Norwegian and the Swedish word for "fun".
