Värpinge

Värpinge is a borough in western Lund, Skåne in southern Sweden. The borough covers both rural, the old Värpinge village and newer neighborhoods (close to central Lund). Värpinge is most of the times referred to as a suburb. Large parts of the area were built in the beginning of 1990. Bigger roads that go through the city district are Västra Ringen and Trollebergsvägen. Värpinge is adjacent to Rinnebäcksravinen. The area was previously called Västra Fäladen.

St. Peter's Priory, Lund

Lund Central Station

Lund Central Station, or Lund C is the main railway station of Lund, Sweden. It is located on the Southern Main Line and the West Coast Line. As of 2007 it is connected by railway to Kävlinge, Eslöv and Malmö. There were previously direct railway connections to Bjärred, Trelleborg and Harlösa. The station building was built in the 1850s. An expansion during 1872-1875 was drawn by Adolf Wilhelm Edelsvärd and another expansion 1923-1926 was drawn by Folke Zettervall.

Helgeandskyrkan

Helgeandskyrkan is a church located in Klostergården, on the south-west side of Lund in Skåne, Sweden. It was opened in 1968 as a district church in the Lund Cathedral Parish, but became the main church of the Helgeand Parish after it was formed in 1991. The functionalistic church has thick brick walls, a campanile and a pulpit on the exterior designed for outdoor services. It has 23 church bells, of which twenty form a chime of bells and three are located in the campanile.
