Tranemo Municipality (Tranemo kommun) is a municipality in Västra Götaland County in western Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Tranemo. There are twelve original municipal units (as of 1863) in the area. The municipal reform of 1952 created four larger entities. Through the municipality the river Ätran flows in a scenic valley. It flows through the town of Svenljunga, where an old bridge crosses it.

Fegen is a lake and nature reserve in Sweden. The lake has a surface area of 24 km and a maximum depth of 38 meters. The lake is situated in the traditional provinces (landskap in Swedish) Halland, Småland and Västergötland. Their boundaries meet approximately in the middle of the lake. The village Fegen is located on the south side of the lake, the village Sandvik on the northeast side.
