Samutprakarn Crocodile Farm and Zoo

The Samutprakarn Crocodile Farm and Zoo is an internationally renowned crocodile zoo in Bangkok, Thailand. Whilst the park claims to hold the worlds largest crocodile in captivity, named Yai, measuring six meters (19 feet, 8 inches) and weighing 1114.27 kilograms (2465 pounds). Samut Prakan Province

Samut Prakan is one of the central provinces (changwat) of Thailand, established by the Act Establishing Changwat Samut Prakan, Changwat Nonthaburi, Changwat Samut Sakhon and Changwat Nakhon Nayok, Buddhist Era 2489 (1946), which came into force as from March 9, 1946. It is part of the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Neighboring provinces are Bangkok, to the north and west, and Chachoengsao to the east.
