Zilan massacre or Zilan Valley massacre (Kurdish: Komkujiya Zîlan or Komkujiya Geliyê Zîlan, Turkish: Zilan Katliamı or Zilan Deresi Katliamı or Zilan Kırımı or Zilan Deresi Kırımı or Zilan Deresi Kıyımı), refers to the massacre of the Kurdish residents of Turkey during the Ararat rebellion, in which 800-1500 armed men participated.

Yazıcı Dam

Yazıcı Dam, also known as Ağrı Yazıcı Dam, is a dam in Ağrı Province, Eastern Anatolia, Turkey. The construction works began in 1995 and the dam went in service in 2009. The development was backed by the Turkish State Hydraulic Works.
