Salford Priors

Salford Priors is a rural, agricultural village and civil parish about four miles south-west of Alcester, Warwickshire, England. It is on the Warwickshire border with Worcestershire. The village is eight miles from the popular tourist town of Stratford upon Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and the River Avon runs near to it. Evesham lies seven miles to the south-west and is an important agricultural centre and soft fruit-growing area.

River Arrow, Worcestershire

The River Arrow rises on Beacon Hill in the Lickey Hills Country Park in the Lickey Hills in the north of Worcestershire, England, and heads generally south eastwards to become a major tributary of the River Avon. Heart of England Forest

The Heart of England Forest (formerly the Forest of Dennis) is a very young forest consisting mainly of native English deciduous trees located near Bidford on Avon, Warwickshire, England. The forest was started in 2001 by the English businessman and philanthropist Felix Dennis. The forest currently covers 4.5 square kilometres . Planting of saplings might continue until the forest covers between 80 and 200 square kilometres, maybe forming the largest deciduous forest in England.

The Fleece Inn

The Fleece Inn is a public house in Bretforton, Worcestershire in the Vale of Evesham: the half-timbered building, over six hundred years old, has been a pub since 1848, and is now owned by the National Trust. The inn was extensively damaged by fire on 27 February 2004 — repairs and rebuilding commenced on 1 November 2004. The Fleece officially reopened — with a new roof and improved facilities — on 18 June 2005.
