East Suffolk
East Suffolk, along with West Suffolk, was created in 1888 as an administrative county of England. The administrative county was based on the eastern quarter sessions division of Suffolk. East Suffolk County Council's headquarters were at East Suffolk County Hall in Ipswich, which was a county borough in its own right. East Suffolk was abolished in 1974 when most of the county was merged with West Suffolk and the county borough of Ipswich to form the non-metropolitan county of Suffolk.

Helmingham Hall
Helmingham Hall is a moated manor house in Helmingham, Suffolk, England. It was begun by John Tollemache in 1480 and has been owned by the Tollemache family ever since. The house is built around a courtyard in typical late medieval/Tudor style. The present Helmingham Hall may have been initially constructed in 1510 on the site of an earlier house called Creke Hall. The exterior was altered between 1745–1760, again in 1800 by John Nash, and in 1840.

Monk Soham
Monk Soham is a village and civil parish in the English county of Suffolk, four miles north east of Debenham and six miles north west of Framlingham. In 1868, the parish was recorded as "wholly agricultural". Claude Morley, the English antiquary and entomologist, lived in Monk Soham House. St Peter's Church has a notable Seven Sacrament font.

Easton, Suffolk
The former estate village of Easton in England is situated on the River Deben around three miles (5 km) south of Framlingham. Following the end of the World War 1 the British government imposed super taxes on the rich to help defray the cost of the war. Faced with these taxes and with the cost of restoring Easton from it use as a Red Cross Hospital during the war the Duchess of Hamilton and her husband, Lord James Graham decided to sell the estate.
