Kenton School

Kenton School is an Academy situated in Newcastle upon Tyne in Tyne and Wear, England. It is situated near Kenton Lane in Kenton and is one of the largest academies in the United Kingdom, educating in excess of 2,000 pupils across Key Stage 3 to 5. Fawdon Metro station

Fawdon Metro station serves the Fawdon area of Newcastle upon Tyne, England. It is on the Green line of the Tyne and Wear Metro, and opened in 1981. The station is located where the Metro route crosses Fawdon Lane on an automatic open level crossing, the station platforms are located on opposite sides of the road. The inbound platform towards South Hylton/Park Lane is the site of the original Coxlodge station, which was in use between 1905 and 1929 on the Ponteland Railway.

Northern Rock

Northern Rock was a British bank, most recently owned and operated by Virgin Money. It was based at Regent Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. During 2012 the Northern Rock brand was phased out and replaced by Virgin. Northern Rock was best known for becoming the first bank in 150 years to suffer a bank run after having had to approach the Bank of England for a loan facility, to replace money market funding, during the credit crisis in 2007.
