Hampden House is a country house in the village of Great Hampden, between Great Missenden and Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire. It is named after the Hampden family. The Hampdens are recorded as owning the site from before the Norman conquest. They lived continually in the house until 1938.

Green Hailey is a hamlet in the parish of Great Hampden, in Buckinghamshire, England. It is located to the west of the main village of Great Hampden. The hamlet, as of the early 21st century, includes essentially just two cottages and a farm. It was farmed in the late 19th century by Richard Paxton, together with his wife Mary, who together had seven children.

Whiteleaf Cross
Whiteleaf Cross is a cross-shaped chalk hill carving, with a triangular base, at Whiteleaf, Buckinghamshire, England. It sits above the road to the east of the hamlet, whose name is first found in the form White Cliff in the eighteenth century, referring to the white chalk cliff. The cliff is probably a natural formation, older than the cross. The date and origin of the cross are unknown. It was mentioned as an antiquity by Francis Wise in 1742, but no earlier reference has been found.

Coombe, Buckinghamshire
Coombe is a hamlet in the parish of Ellesborough in the English county of Buckinghamshire, situated between Coombe Hill and Chequers, the official country residence of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. The hamlet is situated on the Missenden Road that leads from Butlers Cross to Great and Little Hampden. The Buckinghamshire headquarters of the Girl Guides are situated in Coombe, as is part of Ellesborough Golf Club.

River Misbourne
The River Misbourne rises in a field on the outskirts of Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, and flows down the Misbourne valley to join the River Colne just north of where the latter is crossed by the A40 Western Avenue. It passes through Little Missenden, Old Amersham, Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peter, and under the Chiltern railway line and the M25 on its way down the valley.
