Little Wymondley
Little Wymondley is a village situated between Hitchin and Stevenage in Hertfordshire. Paradoxically, it is larger than its near neighbour Great Wymondley. It has several interesting houses, including the moated Bury of the 16th and 17th centuries, the fine 17th century Hall, the late Georgian Wymondley House, and Wymondley Priory, an early 13th century foundation turned into a house in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Graveley, Hertfordshire
Graveley is a village and civil parish about four miles east of Hitchin and two miles north of Stevenage in Hertfordshire, England. In 2011 part of the parish became part of the new civil parish designated Great Ashby Community Council. Graveley is built on what used to be known as the Great North Road. There are a number of attractive cottages and houses, including the George and Dragon pub which has an 18th century facade of chequered brick.

Great Wymondley
Great Wymondley is a village situated near Hitchin in Hertfordshire. It is dominated by its small Norman church with a large apsidal chancel and 15th century nave roof. There are also earthworks of a former motte-and-bailey castle, and Delamere House, an elegant Elizabethan building. There are also a number of thatched cottages, including a row of terraced cottages each named after one of King Henry VIII's wives.

Benslow
Benslow is a district of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. It is located very close to the Railway Station. Houses in the area range from those built in the late 19th century to a more modern housing estate at the top of Benslow Lane built in the 1990s. The original properties were built as a response to the arrival of the railway in Hitchin as a response to the housing needs this created, and consist mainly of terraced housing, with some larger properties.

Hitchin Railway Station serves the town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire. It is located approximately 1 mile north east of the town centre and 31 miles 74 chains north of London Kings Cross on the East Coast Main Line. In August 2007 Hitchin was awarded Secure Station status after improvements to station security were made by First Capital Connect, including new lighting, extra CCTV and the installation of Automatic Ticket Gates.
