Longcross railway station

Longcross railway station is situated 1 mile from the village of Longcross in Surrey, England. It is served by South West Trains. The station is inaccessible by vehicles. It can be reached from the south along Burma Road, a road from the B386 which skirts the western side of the Longcross Qinetiq facility before narrowing to a track then a footpath, or else by crossing Wentworth Golf Course.

Chobham Common

Chobham Common is a 1,400-acre area of lowland heath a globally rare and threatened habitat, in Surrey, England. It was formerly a freehold owned by the Earl of Onslow, and purchased for £1 an acre by Surrey County Council in 1966. It is managed by Surrey Wildlife Trust for nature conservation and public recreation. Chobham Common is a National Nature Reserve, Special Protection Area under the EU Birds Directive and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Virginia Water railway station

Virginia Water railway station serves the village of Virginia Water, in Surrey, England. The station, and all trains serving it, are operated by South West Trains. The Waterloo to Reading Line and the Chertsey Branch Line join here with the platforms at the junction, as seen in the photograph (taken facing south). Trains from Weybridge and to Reading use either side of a V-shaped platform, allowing cross-platform interchange; the junction of the tracks is at the London end of the station.

Fort Belvedere, Surrey

Fort Belvedere is a country house on Shrubs Hill in Windsor Great Park, England, very near Sunningdale, Berkshire, but actually over the border in the borough of Runnymede in Surrey. It is a former royal residence - from 1750 to 1976 - and is best known for being the home of King Edward VIII. It is the location where Edward VIII signed the abdication document in 1936.
