Rangeworthy is a semi-rural farming village in South Gloucestershire, England, nearby communities include Falfield and Charfield. The village lies between Iron Acton and Bagstone, along the B4058 road. It is a long village divided by a road with a well used village hall, pub, hotel, Indian restaurant, recreation ground, primary school & church. A village committee organises village events including the children's Christmas party, Summer Fete & Beer Festival.

Yate Town F.C

Yate Town F.C. is a football club based in Yate, Gloucestershire, England. They were established in 1906 as Yate Rovers and changed their name to Yate YMCA in 1946, becoming Yate Town in 1969. The first team play in the Southern Football League Division One South and West, at the eighth tier of the English football league system, and the reserves play in the Gloucestershire County League at the eleventh level. The club is affiliated to the Gloucestershire County FA.

Tytherington, Gloucestershire

Tytherington is a village in South Gloucestershire, England. The quarry to the west belongs to Hanson plc. The former Yate to Thornbury railway branch line passes nearby, with two bridges in the village and a tank engine near the quarry entrance as reminders of the railway. The line now ends at the quarry and is used for the transport of stone, but used to continue through a tunnel under the A38, to Thornbury.
