Falls of Foyers
The Fall of Foyers is a waterfall on the River Foyers, which feeds Loch Ness, in Highland, Scotland, United Kingdom. The waterfall has "a fine cascade", having a fall of 165 feet. It is located on the lower portion of the River Foyers at grid reference NH497203. The river enters Loch Ness on the East side, North-East of Fort Augustus. This waterfall influenced Robert Addams to write a paper in 1834 about the motion aftereffect.

Boleskine House
Boleskine House (boll-ESS-kin; Scottish Gaelic: Both Fhleisginn) was the estate of author and occultist Aleister Crowley from 1899 to 1913. It is located on the South-Eastern shore of Loch Ness in Scotland, two miles east of the Village of Foyers. The house was built in the late 18th century by Archibald Fraser.

River E
The River E is a river in the Highlands of Scotland. It begins in the north-west of the Monadh Liath, to the south-east of Loch Ness. It runs in a north-westerly direction for about 10 km, before flowing into Loch Mhòr. The river has a small hydro-electric scheme. This run-of-the-river scheme has a capacity of 3MW, and is operated by RWE Npower. Construction of the scheme began in 2006, and it was commissioned in 2007. The River E is among the shortest place names in the world.

Stratherrick
Stratherrick (Scottish Gaelic: Srath Fhairgeag / Srath Fharragaig) is a strath situated above the south-eastern shore of Loch Ness, in the Scottish Highlands, Scotland. Much of the strath is covered by Loch Mhòr. This is a generally shallow loch, which acts as a reservoir for the Foyers hydro electricity scheme. The area has a number of small settlements, these include Whitebridge, Gorthleck, Aberchalder and Errogie. Stratherrick Primary School is in Gorthleck.

Loch Mhòr
Loch Mhòr is a loch in the traditional county of Inverness-shire in the Scottish Highlands. It occupies much of the wide floor of Stratherrick which runs roughly parallel to Loch Ness around 3mi / 5km to its southeast. A generally shallow body of water, Loch Mhòr achieves a depth in excess of 20m towards its southern end. Loch Mhòr was originally two separate lochs, Loch Garth in the southwest and Loch Farraline in the northeast.
