Fownhope
Fownhope is a village in Herefordshire, England, an area of outstanding natural beauty on the banks of the River Wye. The village has a church, primary school, medical centre, two pubs, two hotels, a fitness/leisure centre, butchers, forge and a hairdressers. There is a village hall and a recreation/sports field and pavilion, both of which are well used by the many clubs and societies in the village.

River Frome, Herefordshire
The River Frome is a river in Herefordshire, England. It flows through Bromyard, and Bishops Frome. At Covender its tributary, the River Lodon, joins it. It then flows west, past Yarkhill, Prior's Frome, before its confluence with the River Lugg at Hampton Bishop. The river also gives its name to several hamlets on the higher ground to the east Halmond's Frome, Fromes Hill and Castle Frome. The river contains a few ruined locks and water mills.

Ballingham
Ballingham is a small village of about 140 people in Herefordshire, England, situated in a loop of the River Wye, between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye. It has a parish church dedicated to St. Dubricius which dates from the Anglo-Saxon times. The Parish Church in Whitchurch, also in Herefordshire, between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth also carries his name. The church was refurbished in the late Victorian era, but the 14th century roof was kept.
