Gometra

Gometra is an island in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, lying west of Mull. It lies immediately west of Ulva, to which it is linked by a bridge, and at low tide also by a beach. It is approximately 425 hectares in size. The name is also applied to the island summit, which is a Marilyn.

Ulva

Ulva is an island in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, off the west coast of Mull. It is separated from Mull by a narrow strait, and connected to the neighbouring island of Gometra by a bridge. Much of the island is formed from Tertiary basalt rocks, which is formed into columns in places. Ulva has been populated since the Mesolithic and there are various Neolithic remains on the island.

Eas Fors

Eas Fors is a waterfall on the island of Mull in Scotland. It is situated on the Allt an Eas Fors (Eas Fors Burn) south of Dervaig. The name is tautologous: eas is Gaelic for waterfall, and fors or foss is also Norse for waterfall, so "Eas Fors waterfall" means "waterfall, waterfall, waterfall."

Calgary Castle

Calgary Castle, also known as Calgary House, is a 19th century castellated gothic mansion at Calgary on the Isle of Mull, Scotland. The mansion house was built in 1817 by Captain Alan MacAskill. Calgary Castle was owned by Col. Eric and Elizabeth Mackenzie from 1948 until the 1970s and they planted over 150 species of rhododendron, azaleas and exotic plants and created the woodland garden which is still famous today.
