UWC Atlantic College (formerly the United World College of the Atlantic), also known as Atlantic College, is an international IB Diploma Programme independent (private) residential Sixth Form College in the United Kingdom. St Donat's Castle

St Donat's Castle is a medieval castle in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, overlooking the Bristol Channel in the village of St Donat's near Llantwit Major, and about 25 km west of Cardiff. Since 1962 the castle has housed the international Sixth form college Atlantic College. The castle lies on an elevation to the east of a small valley opening to the sea between precipitous sea cliffs to both east and west.

Llantwit Major

Llantwit Major (Welsh: Llanilltud Fawr – llan church enclosure + Illtud + mawr great) is a small coastal town and community in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, lying on the Bristol Channel coast. It is one of four towns in the Vale of Glamorgan and the third largest by population (13,366) after Barry and Penarth, and ahead of Cowbridge, which lies about 4.5 miles to the northeast.

Nash Point

Nash Point is a headland and beach in the Monknash Coast of the Vale of Glamorgan in south Wales. It is a popular location for ramblers and hiking along the cliffs to Llantwit Major beach. A short circular walk of 4 miles from the lighthouses at Nash Point to St Donats can be accessed along the cliff tops. The walk covers part of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast path with dramatic views of the coast. The going is flat and easy although the cliff-tops can be muddy after rain.

Llantwit Major Roman Villa

The Llantwit Major Roman Villa was a Roman L-shaped courtyard villa located at what is now Caermead, immediately north of the town of Llantwit Major in the Welsh county of South Glamorgan. The villa was first discovered in 1887 and was fully excavated in 1938-9 and 1948. There was another excavation in 1971. The site may have been occupied in the late Iron Age. The first stone structure was erected in the 2nd century.
