Elfrida is a small unincorporated community in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Arizona in Cochise County. Elfrida is located on U.S. Route 191 24 miles northwest of Douglas, 5 miles north of McNeal. Elfrida has the ZIP Code of 85610; in 2000, the population of the 85610 ZCTA was 1,366.
