Hawley Lake (Arizona)

Hawley Lake is a 300-acre lake and place in east-central Arizona, in the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation, and has an elevation of 8,200 feet . The lake is a remnant of Pliocene volcanism on the Mogollon Rim but it has been artificially extended as a reservoir for downstream irrigation plus trout and ice fishing (though an $7 tribal licence is required to fish on the reservation). Its popularity as a recreational area is enhanced by a nearby ski resort.

McNary Elementary School District

The McNary Elementary School District is the K–8 school district for the town of McNary, Arizona, in the United States. It operates one school, the McNary Elementary School. The district once was affiliated with a high school, the McNary High School, which closed in 1980. The old high school, located in the same place where the district and the elementary school now are, used the current district mascot, the Green Devils. The district superintendent is Mary Ann Wade.

McNary, Arizona

McNary is a census-designated place (CDP) in Apache and Navajo counties in the U.S. state of Arizona. The population was 349 at the 2000 census. It is a 30 minute drive from Show Low and only a 10 minute drive from Pinetop-Lakeside.

Sunrise Park Resort is a ski resort located near Greer, Arizona, close to the border with New Mexico. The resort consists of three mountains named Sunrise Peak, Cyclone Peak, and Apache Peak.
