Catalyst Infoshop
The Catalyst Infoshop was a volunteer-run activist center located in Prescott, Arizona from 2004 - 2010. On December 7, 2005, Catalyst Infoshop was raided by federal agents and co-proprietor William C. Rodgers was arrested in connection with the investigation of an arson that destroyed the Two Elk Lodge in Vail, Colorado in 1998.

Prescott Observatory
Prescott Observatory (IAU code 684) was built by Paul G. Comba and is now owned and operated by Matt Francis. The observatory is located south of Prescott, in Arizona, and is dedicated to the study of cosmology. Refurbished in 2011, the observatory houses a PlaneWave CDK 24 inch telescope with two Takahashi wide field refractors in the dome. There is a dedicated solar observatory that is equipped with a Lunt 152 solar telescope.

Goldwater Lake
Goldwater Lake is a reservoir formed by a dam on Goldwater Creek, located south of Prescott in North Central Arizona. This lake is maintained by the City of Prescott Parks and Recreation department. The park has facilities for picnicking, fishing, boating, hiking, volleyball, and horseshoes.
