Clayton Valley Charter High School

Clayton Valley Charter High School (CVCHS) is a secondary school located in Concord, California. and just under two miles from Clayton. Most of the students live in Clayton and the nearby Concord neighborhoods with some coming from Pittsburg. It is the location of the local radio station 90.5 "The Edge" KVHS, which broadcasts mostly hard rock and heavy metal music. Its newspaper is The Talon, which is part of the High School National Ad Network. The current Executive Director is David Linzey.

Ygnacio Valley High School

Ygnacio Valley High School (YVHS) is a public secondary school located in Concord, California. It draws students from Concord as well as from the neighboring communities of Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill. The school opened in 1962, and its first senior class graduated in 1964. Sleep Train Pavilion

The Sleep Train Pavilion (formerly known as the Chronicle Pavilion and before that, the Concord Pavilion) is an outdoor venue located in Concord, California. It is owned by the City of Concord and operated by Live Nation. The Pavilion has a capacity of 12,500 people and opened in 1975 as the Concord Pavilion. Located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland, the school was founded in 1965 as a Lasallian institution.
