Leucadia State Beach
Leucadia State Beach, also known as Beacon's Beach, is a protected beach of California, United States, in Encinitas. Although a unit of the California state park system, it is managed by the city of Encinitas and is even signposted under its local name of Beacon's Beach. It's a popular spot for swimming, surfing, fishing, and other beach activities. The 10.6-acre site was established in 1949.

La Paloma Theater
La Paloma is a historic Spanish Colonial Revival style movie theater in Encinitas, California. It was constructed in 1927-28 by Frank E. Brown, and the architect was Edward J. Baum. The La Paloma Theater formally opened on February 11, 1928, with a showing of the first "talking" motion picture in the San Dieguito area; the "The Cohens and Kelleys in Paris."
