Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians

The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians are a federally recognized tribe of Luiseño Indians who live on the Rincon Indian Reservation in the Valley Center CDP, San Diego County, California. It is a federally recognized Indian tribe. They are considered one of the groups of the Mission Indians. Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort is located on the reservation. The tribe is a member of the Indian Health Council which runs a health clinic adjacent to the reservation.

Harrah's Rincon

Harrah's Rincon is a casino and hotel located north of San Diego, California near I-15 in Valley Center. The hotel has 662 rooms and a 21 story tower. The casino consists of 1600 slot machines and 51 tables, including eight poker tables. The hotel includes a pool-side blackjack pit, a 500-square-foot octagon of white sand shaded by a canvas pergola, and three blackjack tables. The resort also includes a spa and nearby the Woods Valley Golf Club.

Rancho Pauma

Rancho Pauma was a 13,310-acre Mexican land grant in present day San Diego County, California given in 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena to José Antonio Serrano, Blas Aguilar, and José Antonio Aguilar. The grant extended along the San Luis Rey River west of the Palomar Mountains and southeast of the San Antonio de Pala Asistencia.
