Humboldt Bay Maritime Museum

The Humboldt Bay Maritime Museum is located in Samoa, California, a small town across Humboldt Bay from Eureka. The focus of the museum is the preservation and interpretation of its collection of artifacts, photographs, library archives and materials which relate principally to the maritime history of California's North Coast. The current public facility is located in what was the head cook's house next to the Samoa Cookhouse and was founded in 1977.

USS Milwaukee (C-21)

The second USS Milwaukee (C-21) was a St. Louis-class protected cruiser in the United States Navy. Milwaukee was laid down on 30 July 1902 by Union Iron Works, San Francisco, California; launched on 10 September 1904; sponsored by Miss Janet Mitchell, daughter of U.S. Senator John L. Mitchell of Wisconsin; and commissioned on 10 December 1906, Commander Charles Augustus Gove in command.

Eureka Municipal Auditorium

The Eureka Municipal Auditorium is a 1,600-seat indoor multipurpose arena located in Eureka, California. It is used primarily for basketball, and contains 10,000 square feet of arena floor space, allowing it to be used for such events as conventions and trade shows in addition to sporting events. The arena has a 1,520-square-foot permanent stage allowing it to be used for concerts; the concert capacity of the arena is 2,300.
