El Jebel, Colorado

El Jebel is a census-designated place (CDP) in Eagle County, Colorado, United States. The population was 3,801 at the 2010 census. The community is located in the Roaring Fork Valley, between Carbondale and Basalt, along the north side of State Highway 82. The community grew rapidly in the last two decades of the 20th century with the population increase in the valley downstream from Aspen.

Snowmass, Colorado

Snowmass (sometimes known locally as Old Snowmass) is an unincorporated town and a U.S. Post Office located in Pitkin County, Colorado, United States. It is situated in the valley of the Roaring Fork River, near the mouth of Snowmass Creek along State Highway 82 between Aspen and Basalt. It consists largely of a post office, several commercial businesses, and surrounding houses and ranches. The Snowmass Post Office has the ZIP Code 81654.

Eagle River (Colorado)

The Eagle River is a tributary of the Colorado River, approximately 60.5 miles long, in west central Colorado in the United States. It rises in southeastern Eagle County, at the continental divide, and flows northwest past Gilman, Minturn, Avon. Near Wolcott, it turns west, flowing past Eagle and Gypsum, and joins the Colorado at Dotsero, in western Eagle County. The Eagle is navigable by typical small river craft upstream to Vail in most years.
