North Georgia Technical College is the oldest technical college in the state of Georgia, and is part of the Technical College System of Georgia. Its main campus is in Clarkesville, with additional campuses in Toccoa (called the Currahee campus after nearby Currahee Mountain) and Blairsville. Habersham County, Georgia

Habersham County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. It was created on December 15, 1818, and named for Colonel Joseph Habersham. As of the 2010 census, the population was 43,041. Clarkesville is the county seat. Chartered in 1823, the county seat is named for John C. Clark, Revolutionary War General and Governor.

WUGA-TV

WUGA-TV is a non-commercial educational public television station having Toccoa, Georgia as its city of license.
