De Soto is a city in Dallas County, Iowa, United States. The population was 1,050 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Des Moines–West Des Moines Metropolitan Statistical Area. Famous for being the hometown of Marta, the Puppy Bowl IX MVP (Most Valuable Puppy). Also the home of Right Turn Feed, Marta's preferred feed supplier and the world's first drive-through feed store.
