Bonner Springs is a river city in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties in the U.S. state of Kansas. It is a suburb in the Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan Area. The vast majority of the city, which lies in Wyandotte County, is part of the "Unified Government" which contains Kansas City, Kansas, Bonner Springs, Edwardsville, and roughly a quarter of Lake Quivira. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 7,314.

Interstate 435 Bridge

The Interstate 435 Bridge is a girder bridge crossing of the Kansas River. It carries six lanes of Interstate 435, three south, three north. It also crosses the Union Pacific railroad tracks at the north side, and the BNSF railway at the south. It also has a poor condition deck, as it is worn out, and needs replacement.

National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame

The National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame was issued a rare federal charter by the US Congress in 1960 to serve as the national museum of agriculture and a memorial to industry leaders. A site in Bonner Springs, Kansas was chosen. It is located East of K-7 and just South of State Avenue (US-24, near 126th Street) next to Sandstone Amphitheater and the grounds for the Kansas City Renaissance Festival.
