Draffenville, Kentucky
Draffenville is an unincorporated community in Marshall County, Kentucky, United States. It lies at the intersection of the Julian M. Carroll Purchase Parkway, U.S. Route 68, and U.S. Route 641. Several businesses, Marshall County High School, and Mike Miller County Park are located in the community. Draffenville resulted from the construction of the Kentucky Dam. Businesses sprang up to service the workers on the dam. The town is named for Charlie Monroe Draffen.

It was a dry county until 2004, when residents of Calvert City voted to allow sales of liquor by the drink in restaurants. It is the only Purchase Area county to not border another state.
