Ypsilanti High School

Ypsilanti High School is a public school located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and is the second such building to operate under the name. The current facility, built in 1973, was remodeled between 1998 and 1999, as part of a district-wide remodeling effort funded by a bond measure. WEMU

WEMU (89.1) is the public broadcasting service of Eastern Michigan University. A National Public Radio (NPR) affiliate whose primary market is Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti) and the surrounding area, WEMU carries the standard NPR news magazines All Things Considered and Morning Edition. In addition to other NPR and Public Radio International (PRI) information and cultural programming, WEMU has a primary music format of jazz and blues with specialty programs in Latin and roots music.
