Lexington Municipal Airport is a privately owned public-use airport located three nautical miles northwest of the central business district of Lexington, in Ray County, Missouri, United States. The airport is located just south of Henrietta, Missouri and is home to the Missouri Valley River Skydivers (MRVS), who regularly jump on weekends.

Lexington Bridge (Lexington, Missouri)

The Lexington Bridge was a seven-span truss bridge on Route 13 over the Missouri River at Lexington, Missouri between Ray County, Missouri and Lafayette County, Missouri. It opened on October 31, 1924 and was replaced by the Ike Skelton Bridge on June 25, 2005. It was designed by the Kansas City Bridge Company. The main span was 408 feet and the total length was 3,072.4 feet. Its deck width was 20 feet and it had vertical clearance of 18.1 feet.

Jacob Whitmer (February 2, 1800–April 21, 1856) was the second born child of Peter Whitmer, Sr. and Mary Musselman. He is primarily remembered as one of the Eight Witnesses of the Book of Mormon's Golden Plates.
