Mozingo Lake Golf Course

The Mozingo Lake Golf Course is a 7,137 yard long, 18-hole municipal golf course on the banks of Mozingo Lake in Nodaway County, Missouri. The course was designed by Donald Sechrest and opened in 1995. It is a par 72 course and has a rating of 73.5 and a slope rating of 134 on Rye grass. It is owned by the city of Maryville, Missouri. Mozingo Lake

Mozingo Lake is a 1,006 acres reservoir in Nodaway County, Missouri on the Mozingo Creek branch of the One Hundred and Two River. The reservoir is owned by the city of Maryville, Missouri and is the city's water source and operates as a 3,000 acre (12 km²) park with 26 miles of shoreline. The reservoir was completed in 1994. Water overflowed its dam in the Great Flood of 1993.

Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration

The Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration are a congregation of sisters that follow the Rule of St. Benedict and have a Eucharistic charism. The original monastery was founded in 1874 by a group of five sisters led by Sister Mary Anselma Felber, O.S.B. , who came from the young monastery of Maria-Rickenbach (founded 1857) in Switzerland. Arriving in Clyde, Missouri, they founded the Benedictine Convent of Perpetual Adoration.
