Faucett, Missouri
Faucett is an unincorporated community in southern Buchanan County, Missouri. It is located sixteen miles north of Platte City on Interstate 29/U.S. Route 71. The community is part of the St. Joseph, MO–KS Metropolitan Statistical Area. It derives its name from Robert Faucett, who was a local miller when the Chicago Great Western Railroad established the community in 1890.

KKJO launched an FM counterpart in 1960 which was renamed KUSN in 1966 and KSFT in 1974. The two stations swapped callsigns in 1988 with KSFT becoming the AM station.
