Huntsdale is a village in Boone County, Missouri, United States. It is part of the Columbia, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 31 at the 2010 census. The area was first settled in 1817, making it the second oldest settlement in Boone County. The village was founded on August 1, 1892 and named after W.B. Hunt. Huntsdale was first incorporated in 1906, but that status eventually fell into neglect and the last village council election took place in 1929.

The Rocheport Interstate 70 Bridge is a four-lane Cantilevered through truss bridge over the Missouri River on Interstate 70 between Cooper County, Missouri and Boone County, Missouri at Rocheport, Missouri. The bridge was built in 1960 and rehabilitated in 1994. Its main span is 550.7 feet and has a total length of 3,017.2 feet. Its deck width is 60.3 feet and vertical clearance is 20 feet.
