Chase County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of 2010, the population was 3,966. Its county seat is Imperial. In the Nebraska license plate system, Chase County is represented by the prefix 72 (it had the 72nd-most vehicles registered in the state when the license plate system was established in 1922).

Enders Dam
Enders Dam (National ID # NE01070) is a dam in Chase County, Nebraska, near the southeastern corner of the state. The earthen dam was constructed between 1947 and 1951 by the United States Bureau of Reclamation, with a height of 134 feet and 2603 feet long at its crest. It impounds Frenchman Creek for irrigation storage and flood control, part of the Bureau's Frenchman-Cambridge Division of the extensive Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. The dam is owned and operated by the Bureau.
