The school is next to the campuses of Porter Ridge Middle School and Porter Ridge Elementary School. The school's mascot is a Pirate, and the school colors are purple, black, and silver. They play at Bonterra Stadium, which is also used by the middle school. The school was opened in 2005 and has since flourished.
