Crosby is a city in Divide County, North Dakota in the United States. It is the county seat of Divide County. The population was 1,070 at the 2010 census. Crosby was founded in 1904 at the end of a Great Northern Railway branch line that began in Berthold. The name comes from S.A. Crosby, a businessman from Portal involved in establishing the city.

Noonan was founded in 1907 and named after a family that business, farm, and coal interests in the area.
