Gaar Corner is an unincorporated place in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Gaar Corner is located in western Pontotoc County on State Highway 19, east of Stratford. While Gaar Corner is not shown on the official state map, it is marked by official ODOT place-name signs along SH-19. Much folklore states that the origin of Gaar Corner's name came from an old Indian family who took on the last name of their masters which was Gaar.

Ada Municipal Airport is a public airport located two miles (3 km) north of the central business district of Ada, a city in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, United States. It is owned by the City of Ada, which is located in southeast Oklahoma, 88 miles southeast of Oklahoma City. Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, Ada Municipal Airport is assigned ADH by the FAA and ADT by the IATA.

McSwain Theatre

The McSwain Theatre is a 560-seat theatre located in Ada, Oklahoma. The theatre was founded in 1920 by Foster McSwain, and served as a venue for silent films, vaudeville performances and film premieres. The theatre opened on March 30, 1920 and is housed in a three story, Spanish Mission style building. The first film to show at the McSwain was Suds starring Mary Pickford on July 19, 1920. In 1935, the theatre underwent its first renovations.
