Lake Lawtonka

Lake Lawtonka is a lake in Comanche County in the state of Oklahoma in the United States. The lake is 2 square miles (5 square kilometers) in area. It is formed by a dam 60 feet (18 meters) high and 375 feet (114 meters) long across Medicine Bluff Creek. The lake provides the water supply for Fort Sill and Lawton to the south.

Medicine Park, Oklahoma

Medicine Park is a town in Comanche County, Oklahoma, United States, situated in the Wichita Mountains near the entrance to the 60,000-acre Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Medicine Park has a long history as a vintage cobblestone resort town. Medicine Park is also located near the city of Lawton and Fort Sill. It is an exurb, part of the Lawton Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Quanah Parker Star House

The Quanah Parker Star House, with stars painted on its the roof, is located in the city of Cache, county of Comanche, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places listings in Comanche County, Oklahoma in 1970. Built by Comanche chief Quanah Parker circa 1890, the structure was purchased by his daughter Mrs. Birdsong upon Parker's 1911 death.
