KPRC (AM)

KPRC is a talk radio station in Houston, Texas, branded as "AM 950 KPRC". It was started in 1925 and is the oldest surviving radio station in Houston. KPRC is owned by Clear Channel Communications. The station airs local shows including The Joe Pags Show, Micheal Garfield and Matt Patrick (who also hosts the KTRH Morning News). Beaumont Place, Texas

Beaumont Place is an unincorporated area in east central Harris County, Texas, United States. It is located along Beaumont Highway and the Southern Pacific Railroad. It is 2 miles southwest of the Sheldon Reservoir. As of 2004, several houses in Beaumont Place had houses that discharged wastewater into ditches and shallow trenches. The For this reason the Texas Safe and Affordable Water and Wastewater Services (TSAWW) began to target Beaumont Place for improvements.
