Bluffton is an unincorporated community in Llano County, Texas, United States. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 75 in 2000. The population report in 2011 was 269. Bluffton is located along FM 2241 near the western shore of Lake Buchanan, approximately twelve miles northeast of Llano. Although it is unincorporated, Bluffton has a post office, with the ZIP code of 78607.

Baby Head Cemetery

Baby Head Cemetery is a cemetery located on Highway 16, approximately 9 miles north of the city of Llano, Texas. Designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1991, Marker 9433. The sign reads as follows: According to local oral tradition, the name Babyhead was given to the mountain in this area in the 1850s when a small child was killed by Indians, and its remains left on the mountain.
