KWJB (1510 AM, "The Mighty KWJB 1510") is a radio station broadcasting a News/Talk format. Licensed to Canton, Texas, USA, the station is currently owned by Butler7Media, LLC. The station began in Mineola, Texas as KMOO. It was moved to Canton by consultant Don Werlinger. Owing to a snafu in the permitting (evidently there wasn't any) the licensing had to cleaned up by registered PE Jack Sellmeyer.

Mabank High School

Mabank High School, is the only high school in Mabank Independent School District. It is located in the city of Mabank, Texas. In addition to the city of Mabank, the school serves southeast Kaufman, southwest Van Zandt, and northwest Henderson counties, including the community of Gun Barrel City and parts of Seven Points. A new campus was opened for the 2007-2008 school year. The old campus was remodeled and re-opened as Mabank Junior High School.

Van Zandt County, Texas

Van Zandt County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2010 census, its population was 52,579. Its county seat is Canton. The county is named for Isaac Van Zandt, a member of the Congress of the Republic of Texas. Until May 2009, Van Zandt County was a completely dry county. On May 9, 2009, the citizens of Wills Point voted to allow beer and wine sales within its limits.
