Dominator (roller coaster)

Dominator is a steel floorless roller coaster built by Bolliger & Mabillard at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. It originally opened at Six Flags Ohio on May 5, 2000 under the name Batman: Knight Flight. Cedar Fair Entertainment Company purchased the park in 2004 and renamed it Dominator. In 2007, the park closed and Dominator was relocated to Kings Dominion where it opened on May 24, 2008 in the International Street section of the park.

Woodstock Express (Kings Dominion)

Woodstock Express is a wooden roller coaster located at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. It opened as Scooby-Doo in 1974 after the famous Hanna-Barbera cartoon character. Despite being classified as a family roller coaster and located in the children's area of the park, the ride notably has a ride rating of 4 out of 5.

Kings Dominion

Kings Dominion is an amusement park in Doswell, Virginia 20 miles north of Richmond and 75 miles south of Washington, DC, off Interstate 95. The 400-acre park in Hanover County was originally built and owned in a joint venture between the Taft Broadcasting Company and the Kroger Company. Kings Dominion opened in 1975 and is currently owned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company who purchased Paramount Parks from CBS Corporation on June 30, 2006.

Volcano, The Blast Coaster

Volcano, The Blast Coaster, or simply known as "Volcano", is a launched inverted roller coaster at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. Designed by both Paramount Parks and Werner Stengel and built by Intamin, Volcano was the world's first inverted roller coaster to feature an LIM (linear induction motor) and is the only one of its kind that completes a full circuit. Since its opening on August 3, 1998, Volcano has been one of the more popular rides in the park.

Avalanche (Kings Dominion)

Avalanche is a bobsled roller coaster at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia, USA. Avalanche opened in 1988 and is the only Mack bobsled coaster running in the United States today. It is located in the African-themed Congo section of the amusement park. There are seven cars per train and the various cars are themed after Olympic bobsleds that represent five countries. The countries include France, the United States, Germany, Sweden, and Canada.
