Timber Ridge
Timber Ridge is a mountain ridge of the Ridge-and-valley Appalachians straddling the U.S. states of Virginia and West Virginia. Timber Ridge extends from the forks of Sleepy Creek at Stotlers Crossroads in Morgan County, West Virginia, to Lehew in Hampshire County, West Virginia. The ridge is predominantly forested, as its name suggests, with the exception of a number of orchards and open fields.

Castle Mountain (Hampshire County, West Virginia)
Castle Mountain is a forested mountain ridge that lies along the Cacapon River south of its confluence with the North River at Forks of Cacapon in Hampshire County, West Virginia. The mountain is named for the Caudy's Castle (also known as Castle Rock) rock outcrop pillar that lies on its southern end overlooking the Cacapon River. Castle Run, which runs along its western flank into the North River, also takes its name from the outcrop.

Caudy's Castle
Caudy's Castle is a rock pinnacle of Ridgeley (Oriskany) sandstone that stands 1,400 feet (326 m) above sea level over the Cacapon River near the Bloomery Pike south of Forks of Cacapon in Hampshire County, West Virginia. The rock formation is named after James Caudy, an early Hampshire County pioneer and settler who fought off an attack by fifteen Native Americans from the rock in the 1730s. Caudy's Castle is also known as Castle Rock.

Sleepy Creek Lake
Sleepy Creek Lake is a 205 acres impoundment of the Meadow Branch of Sleepy Creek in Berkeley County in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. The reservoir is located at an elevation of 1,086 feet (331 m) on the 23,000 acres Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, which lies within both Morgan and Berkeley Counties. The lake is also nestled between two mountain ridges: Sleepy Creek Mountain (1,905 ft) and Third Hill Mountain (2,172 ft).

Morgan County, West Virginia
Morgan County is a county located in the U.S. state of West Virginia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 17,541. Its county seat is Berkeley Springs. The county is one of three in Hagerstown-Martinsburg, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area. Morgan County was formed in 1820 from parts of Hampshire and Berkeley Counties and named in honor of General Daniel Morgan, prominent soldier of the American Revolutionary War.
