Clearview is located on both sides of State Route 9, where it intersects 180th Street SE (once known as Vine Street) in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located between Snohomish and Woodinville and the top of the Clearview Hill.

Skyview Junior High
Skyview Junior High School is a junior high school that is part of the Northshore School District. It is situated in Bothell, Washington, near the Canyon Park area. Built in 1993, it supports about 1,100 students every year from grades 7–9. Skyview Jr High feeds into Bothell High School. It has currently been experiencing some growth in student population due to the spurt of new construction in the area. Therefore, the Northshore School District has recently underwent some boundary line changes.
