Clinton, Washington
Clinton is a community and census-designated place (CDP) located on southern Whidbey Island in Island County, Washington, United States. The town was named after Clinton, Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the village was 928. However, the post office serves at least 2,500 people. Clinton is the western terminus of the Whidbey Island (Clinton)-to-Mukilteo Washington State Ferries route. It is served by State Route 525 and several major county roads.

Gedney Island (aka Hat Island) is an island in Possession Sound in Snohomish County, Washington, US. The island lies in Possession Sound between the mainland city of Everett, Washington, and the southern part of Whidbey Island. Gedney Island has a land area of 1.768 km and a population of 26 people was reported as of the 2000 census. Gedney Island was first mentioned in the historical record by naturalist Archibald Menzies of the Vancouver Expedition in 1792.

Mukilteo Light
The Mukilteo Light at Mukilteo, Washington is an operational lighthouse with non-rotating fresnel lens. It originally had a revolving Fresnel lens until 1927, when it was replaced with a fixed lens. The grounds and interior, inside a city park adjacent to the Washington State Ferries Mukilteo ferry terminal, are open to the public. The Mukilteo Historical Society maintains the lighthouse and the exhibits about the lighthouse and city history in the keeper's house.

Mukilteo Lighthouse Park
Mukilteo Lighthouse Park encompasses the lighthouse at the west end of the city of Mukilteo, Washington and 12 acres south of it. The property is west and south of the Washington State Ferries terminal with ferry service to Clinton Whidbey Island and is crossed by the Burlington Northern Mainline. The island,is easily visible from the shore and lies across a narrow portion of Possession Sound. This park was formally known as Mukilteo State Park.

Mukilteo, Washington is a station stop for Sound Transit's Sounder North line. Sound Transit has located a stop in Mukilteo, Washington, USA, in coordination with the larger Mukilteo Multi-modal Terminal Project being led by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), which includes a relocated dock and terminal for the Mukilteo/Clinton ferry, and other facilities. A preferred alternative for the larger portion of the project has not been determined.
