Eldon is an unincorporated community in Mason County, Washington, United States. Eldon is located along U.S. Route 101 on the scenic Hood Canal. Eldon features a small store and several recreational areas and businesses catering to travellers and locals. Brinnon, Washington
Brinnon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson County, Washington, United States. The population was 803 at the 2000 census. The community is named for Elwell P. Brinnon, who in 1860, took a donation land claim at the river's mouth. Brinnon is the home of Camp Parsons, the oldest Boy Scout camp west of the Mississippi. It was visited by Lord Baden-Powell in 1926.

Lake Cushman
Lake Cushman is a 4,010-acre lake and reservoir on the north fork of the Skokomish River in Mason County, Washington. The lake originally was a long narrow broadening of the Skokomish River formed in a glacial trough and dammed by a terminal moraine from the last ice age, during the Vashon stade. The lake was expanded after construction of the Cushman Dam No. 1. The lake is maintained by this dam and provides electrical power to the Tacoma Power system.
