According to a December 25, 2005 article in the New York Times, the site intercepts all international communications entering the Eastern United States. Wild Oak Trail

The Wild Oak Trail is a 25.6-mile National Recreation Trail located in the Ridge-and-Valley Appalachians in Central Virginia. It is part of George Washington National Forest. The trail is a loop, and begins at the headwaters of the North River, and traverses up to several ridge tops. Due to the trail's difficulty and length, it sees little traffic.

Franklin, West Virginia

Franklin is a town in Pendleton County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 721 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Pendleton County. Franklin was established in 1794 and named for Francis Evick, an early settler.

Pendleton County is a county located in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
