Bà Rịa

Bà Rịa is a city in Ba Ria–Vung Tau province in the southeast of Vietnam. Ba Ria is split from Vung Tau by a river crossed by Co May Bridge. This is the de jure seat of the province since most of the provincial administration agencies are located here. Ba Ria officially became the provincial capital of Ba Ria-Vung Tau from May 2, 2012, replacing that role of Vung Tau.

Long Sơn Island

Long Sơn Island is an island off the coast of Vietnam near Vũng Tàu. The Nha Lon Long Son, the home of Ong Tran religion, is situated on the island. During the Vietnam War, the Viet Cong (C41 Company Chau Duc District Company) used the island as a rest and training centre. In November 1966, Operations Yass and Hayman were undertaken by 3rd Squadron SAS and the 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment upon the island.

Vung Tau Port

Vung Tau Port is a group of seaports, one of the sea transport hubs of Vietnam. Vung Tau Port is located in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Dong Nam Bo, Vietnam. Vung Tau port includes the following component ports: Cai Mep - Thi Vai Port, Sao Mai-Ben Dinh: This is the main port for container transport until 2020. Currently, the port is capable of receiving ships up to 50,000 DWT. The Vietnamese government is developing this port so that by 2015 this port can handle ships of 100,000 DWT.
