Can Gio District

Cần Giờ is a coastal suburban district of Hồ Chí Minh City, Đông Nam Bộ, Vietnam. The district is located 50 km from downtown Hồ Chí Minh City. In 1997, this district had an area of 714 km², population of 55,173, comprising Kinh people (80%), Khmer Krom and Cham people. Cần Giờ district includes the township of Cần Thạnh, and six (6) communes: Bình Khánh, An Thới Đông, Lý Nhơn, Tam Thôn Hiệp, Long Hòa and Thạnh An.

Long Sơn Island

Long Sơn Island is an island off the coast of Vietnam near Vũng Tàu. The Nha Lon Long Son, the home of Ong Tran religion, is situated on the island. During the Vietnam War, the Viet Cong (C41 Company Chau Duc District Company) used the island as a rest and training centre. In November 1966, Operations Yass and Hayman were undertaken by 3rd Squadron SAS and the 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment upon the island.

Phú Mỹ Power Plants

Phú Mỹ Power Plants is a power generation complex located in Phú Mỹ, Tân Thành District, Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu province, Vietnam. The complex is located next to Thị Vải River. Its combined generation capacity is 3,900 MW providing about 40% of Vietnam's total electricity. The complex consist of Phú Mỹ 1, 2-1, 2-2, 3 and 4 power plants. All power plants are fuelled by natural gas while standby fuel is distilled oil. Gas is supplied from Bạch Hổ oil field and Nam Con Son Basin's gas fields.

Nhon Trach District

Nhơn Trạch is a rural district of Đồng Nai province in southeastern Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 116,169. The district covers an area of 431 km². The district capital is at Nhơn Trạch.
